1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Triton Air LLC’s services (the “Services”) or website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Services Provided

Triton Air LLC offers private air charter services, including:

On-demand flights

Empty leg bookings

Corporate travel solutions

Leisure packages

 

3. Booking and Payment

 

Quotes: All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment: 50% deposit required to secure bookings; balance due 14 days before departure.

Cancellation:

30 days: Full refund

15-30 days: 50% refund

<15 days: No refund

 

4. Safety and Compliance

 

All flights operate under FAA Part 135 regulations.

Passengers must provide valid ID/passport for international flights.

Triton Air reserves the right to refuse transport for safety or legal reasons.

 

5. Liability

 

Triton Air is not liable for delays/cancellations due to:

Weather

Air traffic control

Force majeure events

Maximum liability for lost/damaged baggage: $1,000 per passenger.

 

6. Prohibited Activities

 

Smoking on board

Carrying hazardous materials

Disruptive behavior (may result in mid-flight diversion)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, text, images) is Triton Air LLC property and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in Travis County courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
